Yes! Please set up an office visit if you have symptoms as we offer onsite PCR Test (Nasal Swab). We do not offer PCR Tests for travel purposes.

Please bring the following:
- Insurance card
- Photo ID (Drivers License)
- Any previous medical records (including test results from other clinics)
- All current medications
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (Closed from 1pm to 2pm daily for lunch)
Saturday 9am – 12pm (We are open every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, by appointment only)

In order to verify your insurance we need the following:
- Copy of your insurance card
- Drivers license
- Your contact information
Yes, we offer on site lab draws.
